Keep your marketing system up and running at all times

How can you keep your marketing system up and running at all times, without going completely bananas?

To be honest, it's not really sexy! The answer: consistency.. As difficult as it is, it will help you keep all the parts moving and grow your email list like clockwork.

Even though this sounds easy, as if it was a joke, it really isn’t!

Consistency is the key to success!

The secret lies in how you get yourself to be consistent, all the time.

Posting every single day on Instagram will help you so much… but only posting once a week, with ten new pictures, all in the same day, won't get you anywhere!

There are a few strategies that will help you stay ahead of the game and be consistent.

They are not really exiting, but they will help you!

The first thing you need to do is come up with a schedule. When are you going to post and to where?

Sometimes it also makes sense to determine how often per week you’re going to post about a certain topic.

For example, on my blog I often post about content that relates to the BIZ school for creatives,, sometimes I will also sprinkle in a studio update.

However on Instagram, it is the other way round.

Second, you need to get ahead of time.

The goal is to get three months worth of content ready and then schedule it, so all your blog posts and Facebook posts get out there without you doing anything.

Then you can focus on the more instant platforms like Instagram, collect images of your work and put them in a folder, so you can use them when you don't have the time to take a new image.

Sometimes it makes sense to write out your Instagram posts also in advance, so you can post them when you’re in a hurry.

However with Periscope you can't create the content in advance, the only thing you can do is to plan what you’re going to scope about in advance.

But there is just no way to do the live recording in advance!

If you follow these instructions you will have the freedom in your schedule to work in your studio, without constantly thinking about your social media posts.
